Our tank solution allows you to store liquids in separate tanks that you can simply plug onto the chip. You can seal the openings with a piercable heat-sealing aluminum foil. With the use of a mechanical piston or pneumatic pressure, you can also conduct liquid actuation via the tanks.

500 μl with Piercing Interface

Our 500 µl tank, which exists in single, double, and triple versions, is 25 mm high. At the bottom, the tank is sealed with a special the sealing film. To pierce that film, your microfluidic chip needs a special piercing interface, so you can simply clip the tank onto it.

500 μl with Luer Interface

This tank version with a volume of 500 μl has a male Luer interface, which enables you to connect it to any chip with a female Luer port. If the tank’s bottom is sealed, your chip needs a piercing element to breach the sealing film. You can order the 500 μl Luer tank in single, double or triple version.

500 μl with Luer Interface – Large Opening

This tank version with a volume of 500 μl has a male Luer interface to enable you connect it to any chip with a female Luer port. If the tank’s bottom is sealed, the chip has to have a piercing element to breach the sealing film. You can order our 500 μl Luer tank in single, double or triple version. The large opening at the bottom of the tank allows you to evenly supply your chip with liquid.

500 µl with Luer Interface and Mini Luer Cap

This tank version with a volume of 500 μl can be closed with a cap having a Mini Luer interface either for liquid or air pressure supply or for venting purposes. Furthermore, the cap can be equipped with a venting membrane in the Mini Luer interface allowing for a gas, but no liquid exchange. Possessing a male Luer interface, the tank can be easily mounted on chip.

It is available in two version, while Fluidic 639 has a simple base port, Fluidic 1548 has a double wall at the base to stabilize its position on the chip even more.

4.5 ml with Luer Interface

We created this larger tank version in order to enable you to store liquid in volumes up to 4.5 ml. We offer this tank as pure reservoir or with a cap, that enables you to pneumatically actuate the fluids. Our 4.5 ml tanks have male Luer interfaces.

1 ml – Row of Four with Luer Interface

We creates this larger tank version to allow you to store liquid in volumes up to 1 ml. We offer this tank in a row of four and two separate colors to ease the differentiation between differnt applications or working steps for you. The tank has a male Luer interface.

200 µl with cap with venting function

With its Luer interphase this 200 µl tank can be easily mounted on chip. This tank for venting purposes is available in two different versions: one version possessing a venting hole in its lid, while the other one is equipped with an additional venting membrane.

Interaction Tanks – 4.5 ml

We designed the Interaction Tanks to allow you an easy liquid access, storage, and exchange in your lab-on-a-chip devices. In particular, if you want to expose larger areas like membranes to liquids, you can either fill the Interaction Tanks manually, like Fluidik 234 (without cap), or with pumps like Fluidik 235 (with cap), which allows you to test various experimental settings.
