This 6.5 ml sampling vessel, with a cap at the top with embedded thread O-ring, come with an integrated septum in the male-Luer fluidic interface to the chip. This rather thick and robust septum needs a specially designed, customized chip with an embedded needle inside the fluidic interface, to be able to pierce the septum and release the liquid content. As this septum is re-sealable, no liquid will pour out after removal of the sampling vessel from the chip. Additionally, the vessel comes with a little pressure cap at the bottom, to close the male-Luer interface and prevent from further contamination.
