Description

The gradient generator chip with three inlet ports and eight outlet ports enables the generation of a concentration gradient within the monitoring chamber. The multiple outlets enable the user to extract eight different concentrations from the chip. For example, it is the perfect tool to investigate the effect of a continuum of concentrations of an analyte or drug on your cells of interest. The lower the flow rate is set within the system, the more diffuse the gradient becomes due to an increased residence time.
