Description

The assay chip Fluidic 490 is designed for assay development of magnetic bead based hybridization assays. It features a chamber with 30 µl volume and two turning valves. This chip can be used with magnetic beads (controlled by an external magnet) or catcher molecules (immobilized on the surface of the chamber) to hold the target in the chamber. The turning valves control the liquid supply. The Mini Luer interfaces serve as in- and outlets for liquids and can be connected to external pumps.
