Description

This assay chip Fluidic 429 chip allows for the development of biological assays on chip. The chip enables for on-chip metering, mixing and the detection of the reaction in a separate chamber. The sample can be introduced through the female Luer interface and further reagents or air pressure can be supplied through the female Mini Luer interfaces.  

The chip is equipped with the following elements: 

  • Metering cavity with 15 µl volume
  • Metering loop with 17 µl volume
  • Mixing chamber with 102 µl volume
  • Reaction & detection chamber with 20 µl volume
  • Two turning valves for flow control of the liquids
  • liquid tight membrane in the waste chamber prevents overfilling but allows air release
