Description

The baffle mixer Fluidic 1676 is the ideal tool to mix two liquids on-chip. It features four individual mixing units with two different dimensions.

Each unit comes with two inlets and one outlet. The directional and channel height changes within the baffle channel enable efficient mixing and therefore make the baffle mixer the perfect tool for lipid nanoparticle (LNP) production.

Please note that each LNP experiment depends on various individual factors. As a starting point, we recommend trialing a total flow rate of 150 µL/min for the small unit and 1 mL/min for the large unit.
