Description

Droplet generator chip Fluidic 1750 features eight droplet generator units with nozzle sizes between 11 and 44 μm. The continuous and dispersed phase are introduced through one Mini Luer inlet each. Therefore, operation of one unit of Fluidic 1750 requires a microfluidic pump with the ability to control two individual flows, one for the continuous and one for the dispersed phase.

The channels leading to the nozzle are very narrow, allowing for the application of extremely low flow rates.
