Description

This straight channel chip with an arrangement of channels having the same dimensions besides the cavity depth and therefore different volumes allow for the direct comparison of the channel depth influence on the assay and the measurement. This chip assists in the choice of the right channel dimensions in the design process of integrated microfluidic devices. The 16 channels on this chip are presentd in 4 different versions:

  • Four channels with a depth of 60 µm with posts
  • Four channels with a depth of 60 µm without posts
  • Four channels with a depth of 80 µm with posts
  • Four channels with a depth of 80 µm without posts
