Description

This reaction chamber chip with an arrangement of eight chambers having the same dimensions besides the cavity depth and therefore different volumes allow for the direct comparison of the chamber depth influence on the assay readout. This chip assists in the choice of the right chamber dimensions in the design process of integrated microfluidic devices. The chambers of Fluidic 1100 are particularly shallow and vary from 50 µm to 150 µl chamber height.

This chip is very similar in design to Fluidic 1100 but features additional pillars within the chambers.
