Description

Reaction chamber chips belong to the simplest, however most versatile, microfluidic devices. From basic reaction chamber to cell culture tool - many experimental setups can be facilitated with this chip. Fluidic 559 is particularly suited to be used for applications where a large reaction chamber surface is required, e.g. for optical measurements or observations.

Please make sure to select the right material and surface treatment for your particular experiment. For instance, for PCR applications with fluorescent readouts we recommend the use of Zeonor or PCR-suitable Topas, for cell culture experiments with adherend cells, we recommend the use of hydrophilized surfaces, which aid cell attachment.
