Description

The adhesive waste chamber chip features two channels, two waste chambers and Mini Luer interfaces.

Each channel features the following dimensions:

  • Channel depth: 200 µm + 140 µm
  • Channel width: 2.5 mm
  • Channel length: 26 mm

The waste chamber has venting holes and following dimensions:

  • Chamber height: 4.1 mm
  • Chamber width: 10.3 mm
  • Chamber length: 14.5 mm

The back of the chip is covered with a double-sided adhesive (140 µm high) from the top. After removing the protective foil from the adhesive, the user can close the channel with a substrate of liking e.g. pre-cut foil (not included).
